Sales & Marketing Management Associate/Trainee

Job Description:

As a Management Associate/Trainee at Davis Malaysia Sdn Bhd, you will embark on a dynamic career in International Sales and Marketing. This position offers a unique opportunity to develop expertise in a global business environment. Key responsibilities include:

Overseas Travel:

  • Willingness to travel overseas on a monthly basis to build relationships with international clients, and explore new market opportunities.
  • Represent Davis Malaysia Sdn Bhd in a professional and impactful manner during international business engagements.

Language Proficiency:

  • Demonstrate strong proficiency in English, both written and verbal.
  • Ability to articulate ideas clearly and persuasively.
  • Effective communication to foster positive relationships with international clients and colleagues.

Learning and Development:

  • Participate in ongoing learning initiatives, in house training programs to enhance skills in sales, marketing, and global business strategies.
  • Work closely with mentors and managers to accelerate professional growth and career development.
  • Comfortable in social settings, with an ability to initiate and maintain conversations.
  • Demonstrated enthusiasm for engaging with diverse cultures and personalities.
  • Basic understanding of sales principles and a keen interest in developing sales skills.
  • Confidence in presenting products or services to potential clients.

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, E&E Engineering or a related field.

  • Willingness to travel internationally (Middle East, Qatar, India, Pakistan, Philippines, Indonesia, Vietnam…etc) on a monthly basis.
  • Proficient in using Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook), communication platforms (Zoom, Teams, Google Meet) and virtual collaboration tools.
  • Outgoing and sociable nature with a passion for networking.
  • Comfortable in social settings, with an ability to initiate and maintain conversations.
